Dr. Embrey is a board certified psychiatrist, currently accepting adult, child, and adolescent patients from Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Dr. Embrey graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University in 2011, where she majored in Neuroscience and Behavior and completed medical school in 2017 at the Frank H Netter MD School of Medicine with a concentration in Medical Humanities. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2020 and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from Johns Hopkins Hospital in June 2022.​

Dr. Embrey practices integrative psychiatry, which ​is an approach to mental health that combines traditional treatments like medication and psychotherapy with complementary approaches like homeopathy, yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
