15 Minute Free Consultation
Dr. Embrey offers a 15 minute free consultation to allow her to learn about your or your child’s needs and also give you the opportunity to ask questions and see if you would like to proceed with a full evaluation.

90 Minute Initial Adult Psychiatric Evaluation
Dr. Embrey spends 90 minutes on initial evaluations to explore your life history, past medical and psychiatric history, family history, current concerns, and goals of treatment. Together, you will then collaborate to identify a customized treatment plan based on your goals.

60 Minute Adult Follow Up
60 Minute follow ups are for checking in about medications, reviewing lab and/or imaging results, engaging in psychotherapy, and exploring integrative treatments options and responses to interventions. If the follow up runs shorter than 60 minutes, Dr. Embrey will only charge for the time that was spent based on the hourly rate.

120 Minute Initial Child and Adolescent Evaluation
Dr. Embrey spends 120 minutes on initial evaluations to explore in utero exposures and complications, childhood development, educational history and challenges, social, motor, and speech development, family history, behavioral concerns, mood and anxiety concerns, sleep issues, eating and lifestyle patterns, cognitive functioning, family dynamics, life stressors, and medical history. You then collaborate to identify a customized treatment plan based on goals of the child and parents/guardians.

60 Minute Child and Adolescent Follow Up
60 Minute follow ups are for checking in about medications, reviewing lab and/or imaging results, discussing behaviors, mood, worries, and other concerns, reviewing school performance and social engagement, engaging in psychotherapy, and exploring integrative treatments options and responses to interventions. If the follow up runs shorter than 60 minutes, Dr. Embrey will only charge for the time that was spent based on the hourly rate.

One Time Consultation
Dr. Embrey is often asked by other healthcare providers to evaluate a patient for a one time visit. These visits last 90 minutes to obtain the patient's life history, past medical and psychiatric history, family history, and current concerns, as well as addressing the consultation question.

Forms and Communication
Dr. Embrey will complete IEP letters, FMLA forms, prior authorizations, and letters for school/work as needed. These services will be charged a prorated amount based on time spent. She will also respond to clinical questions via email and phone and charge a prorated amount based on time spent for communications lasting > 10 minutes.
